Media Saturn offered its employees a range of voluntary benefits. But many employees weren’t all that clear about the large selection of options. That needed to change!
In order for every employee to find and take advantage of the easily personalised benefits options, an attractive, transparent and clear communications campaign needed to be developed for all internal target groups about the overall programme.
Unequity came up with just the right comprehensive communications strategy and creative concept. All of the benefits offered were analysed and assigned to five categories oriented to employees’ work and private lives. A high-end brochure informed potential participants of all the benefits on offer. The communications were also supported by posters, an Intranet campaign and emails sent to important multipliers.
