We tend to deal with these terms on an operational level, among adults.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">But all these buzzwords belong to the topic of <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">self<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: who am I? The ancient question of humanity, and the origin of all religious and philosophical concepts. Once measures aimed at the external well-being of the workforce, such as benefits, well-being, etc., have been implemented companies must turn to the internal lives of their employees\u2014and psychological safety. Do we assume that the result of providing psychological safety \u2013 ensuring our employees are empowered, self-assured, and self-confident \u2013 would be intrinsic motivation, performance, and loyalty to the company?
