We developed <strong>a creative change narrative<\/strong> that was communicated by the global Total Rewards department to the HR community, and the business representatives in each region, country, and location. For each incentive plan, we provided a <strong>visually appealing communication design<\/strong>, aligned to Merck\u2019s colorful corporate design, placing less emphasis on the technical aspects of the plan. With clear graphics, illustrations, and icons assigned to each incentive plan, the different plans are easy to recognize and differentiate, which helps explain the basic mechanisms of the plans. In addition, the customer further developed <strong>digital media, such as brochures, short presentations, a video, and animations<\/strong> for use in plan communication.<\/p><p>Since 2015, Unequity has consistently supported Merck KGaA as a trusted partner for the implementation and communication of various HR projects.
