Morgan Workplace Solutions<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unternehmeredition.de\/mehr-teilhabe-wagen\/\">read more about the conference<\/a> in the German-language article in the Unternehmeredition of GoingPublic Media AG). \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/simoneschmitt-schillig\/\">Simone Schmitt-Schillig<\/a> and our client, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kerstin-birnbaum-1325b3314\/\">Kerstin Birnbaum<\/a> from Merck KGaA in Darmstadt, delivered a presentation titled &#8220;Communicating Total Rewards effectively: How financial education strengthens corporate success&#8221;. Merck\u2019s successful global communication of its long-term incentive plans served as a case study. A mid-range result. But is that enough?<\/p><p><strong>Fact:<\/strong> The more complicated the remuneration program\u2014such as LTI, bonus, or employee participation plans\u2014the more financial literacy is required to understand it.<\/p><p><strong>Fact:<\/strong> Only those who understand how their compensation is structured will trust the system, and believe that their hard work for the company benefits them as well. financial education?<\/h3><p>More than two-thirds of participants reported that their company addresses financial literacy, financial education, or financial wellbeing.<\/p><p>A positive result, but there is still room for improvement. Unsurprisingly, visual media and digital formats are the most common.<\/p><p>But all things are not equal. To reach everyone\u2014taking into account individual preferences, cultural differences, availability of the non-desk workforce, and much more\u2014a comprehensive media mix is
