class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">T\u00dcV S\u00dcD is developing a new operating model for the Global Center of Excellence Total Rewards (CoE TR), and we are supporting the transformation and strategy development process. \u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The aim is to <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">seamlessly integrate the Total Rewards strategy into the overarching HR strategy<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, making Total Rewards more effective and visible within HR\u2014so the team can work together to achieve the company&#8217;s ambitious goals. This requires the <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">close involvement and empowerment<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> of the global Total Rewards topic owners from the four key areas: Compensation, Benefits, Global Health &amp; Wellbeing, and Global Employee Mobility\u2014as well as the Total Rewards leads from the regions.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We used evocative <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">narratives and messages<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, visual <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">storytelling, and clear graphics<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> to support internal communication of the new Total Rewards strategy to diverse stakeholders and target groups within T\u00dcV S\u00dcD. The empowerment process included a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">communication training program<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> for global topic owners delivered during a multi-day offsite workshop. Deliverables included a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">presentation deck featuring templates<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and intuitive design elements, a glossary explaining key terminology to ensure consistent language use, and practical<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">guidance on applying these tools in project management<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> of Total Rewards projects and initiatives. Of course, this was all based on the T\u00dcV S\u00dcD corporate identity, with a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dash of extra creativity<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> to catch the eye and stay in the mind.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">At the end of the year, we developed the new <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">TR-Wrapped<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> video format. Going forward, this format will be used to present key findings and objectives of the CoE Total Rewards in an entertaining and informative way to various internal audiences\u2014including the People Leadership Team.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And this is just the beginning.<\/span><span
