Total Rewards Reloaded 2025 – A perfect fit for our expertise
Total Rewards Reloaded DACH takes place from March 16 -18 in Berlin. Unequity is proud to be an official event partner.
We asked our CEO, Simone Schmitt-Schillig, and our project manager Stephania Popp, to share their expectations for the event, and why this conference is so relevant to our work.
Unequity as a bridge between companies and their employees
As a creative communications agency with expertise in consulting in the HR sector, Unequity has been delivering professional internal communication for global companies since 2011.
Simone Schmitt-Schillig explains, “We see ourselves as bridge builders between Total Rewards experts and company employees. The provisions for Total Rewards benefits and services are often shaped by legal or internal company policies. We translate these into clear and authentic corporate communication. Our focus is on strengthening long-term relationships between employers and their employees.”
Stephania Popp adds, “We bring our expertise to internal corporate communication in an international environment. A key part of this is ensuring smooth coordination across internal communication channels, helping to reduce silos.”

Why attending Total Rewards Reloaded is a no-brainer for us
We see many advantages of participating in the conference:
- Networking and face-to-face interactions
- Expansion of our expertise
- Gaining insights into current trends and challenges
Simone Schmitt-Schillig explains, “I find this kind of event interesting for a number of reasons. I enjoy reconnecting with our customers and long-term contacts—people I genuinely enjoy spending time with, and rarely get to meet in person.”
Key topics of interest
The conference topics that are particularly relevant to Unequity include:
⇒ Employee participation programs
⇒ Pay transparency and job architecture
⇒ Rewards analytics
⇒ Introduction of employee benefits across multiple countries
Stephania Popp is especially eager to hear Peter Devlin from Deloitte talk about Pay Transparency. This topic will become increasingly important in the coming years, and internal communication is an essential tool for information transfer.”
“Employee Participation Programs were central to the creation of Unequity. The programs can be complex, but offer significant value. We specialize in implementing global employee participation programs, and communicating their benefits clearly. That’s why I’m especially looking forward to the presentations by HUGO BOSS and Rolls-Royce Germany,” says Simone Schmitt-Schillig.
Challenges for Total Rewards systems in 2025

- Personalizing compensation packages
- Increasing flexibility in Total Rewards, i.e., providing choice and custom options
- Using Total Rewards communication as a culture driver
- Integrating AI in Total Rewards strategies
- Adapting to hybrid working models
- Promoting diversity and inclusion through Total Rewards
- Enhancing transparency and fairness in remuneration
