1. Organizer
The organizer of the prize drawing is Unequity GmbH.

2. Participation
Participation in the prize drawing is possible within the timeframe of the Total Rewards Reloaded DACH 2026, taking place from March 16–17, 2026. Entry is granted by completing and submitting the “Rewards for 2030” survey (digital or paper) and providing the required contact information.

3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Unequity GmbH and their relatives are not eligible to participate.

4. Prize
Among all participants, the Unequity mascot “Lui” will be raffled as a stuffed toy or reflector. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

5. Determination of Winners
Winners will be selected randomly after the conference and notified via email.

6. Data Protection
Personal data collected for participation will be used exclusively to conduct the prize drawing. If participants explicitly consent, their data may also be used to receive information, invitations, or to be contacted by Unequity.

7. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. The prize drawing is not affiliated with the Total Rewards Reloaded DACH 2026 and is not supported by its organizers.
