Colorful, interactive, and successful – our Christmas campaign 2024

With heart, brain, and chameleon!

As specialists in internal corporate communications, we know how important it is to demonstrate our expertise. With our latest Christmas campaign, we have done just that—and we are delighted with the communicative success of the campaign.

Take a look behind the scenes, as we show you how much fun professional communication can be.

Our path to success: Step by step

Conception

It all started with a thorough planning phase. We defined clear goals, analyzed our target group, and developed a tailor-made strategy. We placed particular emphasis on the integration of the Christmas spirit and professional communication.

Creation

In the creation phase, we relied on a mixture of emotional and informative elements. We created engaging visuals, wrote compelling copy, and created a cohesive design that best conveyed our message.

Planning

Careful planning of the campaign structure was crucial. We set times for different actions, coordinated resources, and made sure that all elements meshed seamlessly.

Mailing

When sending our Christmas message, we paid attention to personalization and optimal timing. Each message was designed to speak directly to the recipient and motivate them to take action.

Tracking

We implemented robust tracking mechanisms to track the response to our action in real-time. This allowed us to respond quickly to feedback and adjust our strategy as needed.

Prizes

A highlight of our campaign was the attractive prizes. We made the process transparent and exciting, which generated additional engagement.

Evaluation

Finally, we conducted a comprehensive data analysis. We compared the results to our original goals and gained valuable insights for future campaigns.

  • 12% response rate (for new addressees, the response rate is often between 0.5% and 2%, while for existing customers, about 10% is considered good)
  • 10% increase in followers (A 10% increase in followers is a positive result, especially if the promotion is aimed at long-term customer loyalty)
  • 37% engagement rate (typical engagement rates in content marketing campaigns are often significantly lower)
  • 27% click-through rate (For typical email marketing campaigns, click-through rates are often around 2-3%. This indicates a very high effectiveness of the call-to-actions (CTAs) in the mailing)

Result

Our Christmas campaign has shown that well-thought-out, strategic communication brings measurable success. By consistently applying professional methods, we were not only able to achieve our communication goals, but also gain valuable experience.

Apart from the fact that we were able to make our customers and partners happy with this campaign, our team had great fun with it. Everyone was enthusiastic about their work and enjoyed creating something together as a team.
