Merck has been a client of the agency since 2015 and with its remarkable Corporate Design the company has given us a lot of creative flexibility for fantastic communications campaigns. Unequity was given the nod to develop strategic and creative concepts for a number of HR projects and campaigns in the areas of compensation, employee shareholder programmes and flexible work models.
The various media were a hit among employees, with special focus placed on digitalisation and target group-specific designs.
